Булдозер Shantui SD 22

The machine is a standard Shantui original configuration, with no major accidents or structural component welding repairs; the main frame remains in its original factory condition.

Equipped with a Cummins NT855 engine and a Shantui original hydraulic-mechanical transmission system, it offers stable power output and a failure rate significantly lower than other brands in the same class.

Suitable for heavy-duty applications such as mining, road construction, and site leveling, the equipment has undergone a comprehensive overhaul and is ready for immediate production without additional major repair costs.

Compared to models from the same year, it boasts higher bulldozing efficiency, a larger blade capacity, and approximately 20% higher efficiency per operation, resulting in a shorter payback period. It is a highly regarded benchmark 220hp bulldozer in the African market.

Power Performance: 162kW (220HP) rated power, Cummins NT855 inline 6-cylinder diesel engine with turbocharging and intercooling system, providing strong power and stable fuel economy, with a standard fuel consumption of approximately 20-25L/hour.

Working Capacity: Standard configuration includes a 6.4 cubic meter straight tilting blade with a blade width of 3725mm and a maximum lifting height of 1210mm, suitable for various working conditions such as site leveling, earthmoving, and material clearing. Optional accessories include angle blades, semi-U-blades, and rippers.

Operation and Safety: Hydraulic-mechanical transmission with smooth 3-speed forward and 3-speed reverse shifting; standard configuration includes FOPS/ROPS. A safe and comfortable driver's cab offers excellent visibility and is suitable for extended periods of high-intensity work.

Reliability: Utilizing a heavy-duty tracked chassis and a wet multi-disc braking system, the structure is durable. The hydraulic system has undergone professional testing, ensuring no leaks or jamming, easy maintenance, and highly interchangeable parts. With a large global market presence, after-sales service is worry-free.

Roadworthiness: The tracked chassis has a low ground pressure, making it suitable for complex conditions such as mud, soft ground, and mountainous terrain. It offers strong site adaptability and flexible relocation.

Mining and Engineering Construction: Site leveling, earthmoving, road construction; stable power and reliable structure suitable for high-intensity, heavy-duty operations.
Farming/Forestry: Land reclamation, forest clearing; suitable for soft, muddy sites.
Used Equipment Dealers/Contractors: Shantui SD series machines with high resale value and low failure rate; large global market presence; readily available spare parts; cost-effective for resale or long-term use.
African, Central and Southeast American Markets: Adaptable to local oil products and operating conditions; low maintenance costs; high market acceptance.
